IS LIKELY BY WEDNESDAY WITH MOUNTAIN SNOW AND VALLEY RAIN CHANGING
TO ALL SNOW THURSDAY. MUCH STRONGER WINDS AND IMPROVED MIXING
CONDITIONS ARE LIKELY STARTING WEDNESDAY. TWO ADDITIONAL STORMS
WILL BRING PERIODS OF SNOW TO THE BURN SITE FRIDAY THROUGH MONDAY.
