...GUSTY WINDS TO SUBSIDE WITH SLOW MOISTURE RECOVERY TONIGHT...
...LOW HUMIDITY AGAIN THURSDAY AFTERNOON...

HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD OVERHEAD LATE TONIGHT INTO THURSDAY
MORNING. THIS WILL RESULT IN DIMINISHING WINDS BY EARLY
THURSDAY...WITH LIGHT AND VARIABLE WINDS TURNING LIGHT SOUTHWEST
THURSDAY AFTERNOON. THIS WILL OCCUR AS A SHALLOW MORNING INVERSION
SLOWLY MIXES OUT BY LATE MORNING OR EARLY AFTERNOON. IT WILL
REMAIN DRY ON THURSDAY WITH HUMIDITY LEVELS AGAIN FALLING INTO
THE 20 TO 25 PERCENT RANGE DURING THE AFTERNOON. MIXING HEIGHTS
SHOULD BE BELOW 2000 FEET UNTIL MIDDAY BEFORE INCREASING TO ABOVE
5000 FEET BY MID OR LATE AFTERNOON. TRANSPORT WINDS WILL BE QUITE
LIGHT AND VARIABLE DURING THE MORNING WITH A SLOW INCREASE TO
BETWEEN 5 AND 10 MPH FROM THE SOUTHWEST DURING THE AFTERNOON.
WINDS SHOULD CONTINUE TO INCREASE OVERNIGHT THURSDAY NIGHT BUT
LIGHTER IN THE VALLEYS WHERE DECOUPLING WILL OCCUR.

THE NEXT...CHANCE...OF SHOWERS IS FRIDAY.  A COLD FRONT IS
FORECAST TO CROSS THE AREA FRIDAY.  SIMILAR TO THE LAST
FRONTAL PASSAGE...RAINFALL IS EXPECTED TO BE SCATTERED WITH
AMOUNTS OF A TENTH TO PERHAPS ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH. DRIER
WEATHER UNDER HIGH PRESSURE WILL FOLLOW THIS FRONT FOR THE
WEEKEND.
