FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR. THE MIXED LAYER WILL BE CAPPED BY A LAYER
OF VERY STABLE AIR AROUND 4000 FEET MSL. A NORTH WIND WILL DEVELOP
LATE THIS MORNING AND PICK UP DURING THE AFTERNOON.
