LIGHT AND VARIABLE WIND CAN BE EXPECTED TO START THE DAY...WITH A
LIGHT NORTH TO NORTHWEST WIND THROUGH MUCH OF THE DAY. A COLD
FRONT WILL ARRIVE AT THE SITE AROUND 3 PM OR SO...AND WINDS WILL
INCREASE FROM THE N TO NW AT 10 TO 15 MPH...WITH HIGHER GUSTS
POSSIBLE NEAR THE RIDGE TOPS. WINDS SHOULD BEGIN TO BACK OFF BY 6
PM AND WILL BE NORTHERLY AT 5 TO 10 MPH. MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY
IN THE AFTERNOON SHOULD BE IN THE 35 TO 40 PERCENT RANGE.
