.DISCUSSION...Another tricky wind forecast day. Prevailing flow
aloft will stay from the southwest most of the day with wind
speeds forecast to start decreasing after 10 am. As a cold front
approaches the area late afternoon the direction will shift more
westerly. It looks like cold frontal passage will be between
5 and 7 pm PST with northwest winds developing behind the cold
front passage. There will be a slight chance light snow near
the cold front as well. Area will lie under a dry northwest flow
on Thursday.
