MEANWHILE...A HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE OF 30.5 INCHES FROM THE UPPER
MISSISSIPPI VALLEY TO NORTHERN ONTARIO AND QUEBEC WILL WEAKEN TO 30.1
INCHES. BY MONDAY...THE LOW PRESSURE WILL DISSIPATE OVER NEW ENGLAND
AS THE RIDGE SLIDES OVER THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES. THE RIDGE WILL MOVE
OVER NEW ENGLAND TUESDAY. A LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES MOVING OVER
THE NORTHERN PLAINS TUESDAY WILL TRACK OVER SOUTHERN MANITOBA AND FAR
WESTERN ONTARIO WHILE WEAKENING TO 29.7 INCHES ON WEDNESDAY.
