THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL
ILLINOIS AND EAST CENTRAL ILLINOIS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

AN APPROACHING COLD FRONT FROM CENTRAL IOWA WILL COMBINE WITH A
WARM AND MOIST AIRMASS TO DEVELOP SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS
THE AREA DURING THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK
THAT SOME OF THESE STORMS COULD BECOME SEVERE. THE PRIMARY SEVERE
WEATHER THREAT WILL BE DAMAGING WINDS AND LARGE HAIL. IN
ADDITION...CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS WILL
ALSO BE POSSIBLE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS COULD DEVELOP OVER SOUTHEAST ILLINOIS LATE
THIS AFTERNOON. THERE IS A GOOD CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS TONIGHT AS
A COLD FRONT APPROACHES FROM THE NORTHWEST. THE THREAT OF SEVERE STORMS
APPEARS LOW DURING THIS TIME. BUT ANY THUNDERSTORMS COULD PRODUCE
GUSTY WINDS...CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS.
