  OCEAN WATERS FROM PROVINCETOWN TO NANTUCKET FROM 20 TO 35 NM
  OFFSHORE...

AT 750 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS AND SMALL HAIL. THIS
THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED NEAR TRURO...OR 7 MILES EAST OF
PROVINCETOWN...MOVING EAST AT 30 KNOTS.

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY OPEN WATERS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXPECT WIND GUSTS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...BRIEFLY ROUGH SEAS...AND
LIGHTNING STRIKES. CONSIDER HEADING FOR SAFE HARBOR OR REMAINING
BELOW DECK UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.

FREQUENT LIGHTNING WAS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM. HEAD TO SAFE
