...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS TO AFFECT BAFFIN BAY THIS AFTERNOON...

A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS ALONG THE LOWER TEXAS COAST WILL CONTINUE
TO MOVE NORTH-NORTHWEST ACROSS BAFFIN BAY THROUGH 4 PM. THE STORMS
WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WIND GUSTS TO 30 KNOTS ALONG WITH
BRIEF HEAVY RAIN...REDUCING VISIBILITY TO LESS THAN 2 MILES...AND
OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO SURFACE LIGHTNING. MARINERS IN SMALL CRAFT
NEAR BAFFIN BAY SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR...OR PREPARE FOR STRONG
GUSTY WINDS AND LIGHTNING.
