  COASTAL WATERS FROM EAST CAPE SABLE TO CHOKOLOSKEE FL OUT 20 NM...

AT 940 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED 8 NM SOUTHEAST OF CAPE ROMANO...OR 13 NM WEST OF CHOKOLOSKEE.
THE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING NORTH AT AROUND 5 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
