AR355...OR ABOUT 3 NM SOUTHEAST OF SURF CITY...MOVING EAST AT 15 KT.

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...

  NEW RIVER INLET AT 850 PM.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS OF 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER WAVES...
