...ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE COASTAL WATERS THROUGH MONDAY
EVENING...

A COLD WINTER STORM BY PASSING THE REGION WILL BRING PERIODS OF
SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS TO THE COASTAL WATERS THROUGH TUESDAY
MORNING.

THUNDERSTORMS MAY PRODUCING BRIEF GUSTY WINDS AND ROUGH
SEAS...DANGEROUS LIGHTNING...AND HEAVY RAIN. THERE IS ALSO A
SLIGHT CHANCE OF A WATERSPOUT OVER THE COASTAL WATERS. IF A
WATERSPOUT IS SIGHTED...IMMEDIATELY HEAD AT A 90 DEGREE ANGLE FROM
THE APPARENT MOTION OF THE WATERSPOUT.

BEFORE SETTING OFF AND WHILE UNDERWAY...LISTEN TO NOAA WEATHER
RADIO FOR THE LATEST FORECASTS AND STATEMENTS. REPORT SEVERE
WEATHER TO THE COAST GUARD.
