A MARINE WEATHER STATEMENT HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS...
  COASTAL WATERS OF NORTHWESTERN PUERTO RICO OUT 10 NM...
  COASTAL WATERS OF SOUTHWESTERN PUERTO RICO OUT 10 NM...
  MONA PASSAGE SOUTHWARD TO 17N...

AT 204 PM AST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER
WESTERN PUERTO RICO. THESE STORMS WILL MOVE OVER THE COASTAL WATERS
OF WESTERN PUERTO RICO...IN THE VICINITY OF RINCON...ANASCO AND
AGUADA SHORTLY. THESE STORMS ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO
AROUND 30 KNOTS... LIGHTNING...TORRENTIAL RAINFALL.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.

INTENSE LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM. IF CAUGHT ON THE OPEN
