TODAY. A LOW WATER ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR GALVESTON BAY AS A
COMBINATION OF STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS AND LOW ASTRONOMICAL TIDES
WILL INCREASE THE POTENTIAL FOR GROUNDING...PARTICULARLY ACROSS
THE NORTHERN PORTION OF THE BAY.

IMPACT.
