...BRISK NORTHERLY WINDS AND HIGH WAVES TO CONTINUE...

.BRISK NORTHERLY WINDS WILL PERSIST INTO FRIDAY WITH THE
RESULTANT HIGH WAVES LINGERING INTO FRIDAY NIGHT. THIS IS DUE TO A
STALLED LOW PRESSURE AREA OVER THE OHIO RIVER VALLEY THAT WILL
MOVE BACK NORTH INTO THE GREAT LAKES AREA.

  TONIGHT AND FRIDAY.

* WAVES: WAVES 4 TO 8 FEET TODAY AND FRIDAY...THEN GRADUALLY
  SUBSIDING TO 2 TO 4 FEET LATE FRIDAY NIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
