WATERS THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING...

...STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP THURSDAY MORNING BEHIND A COLD
FRONT PASSAGE...

.A VERY MOIST AIRMASS REMAINS IN PLACE OVER THE NORTHERN GULF.
AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL FREQUENTLY REDUCE THE VISIBILITY TO LESS
THAN 1 MILE...WITH REDUCTIONS TO ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS ALSO
LIKELY. IN AREAS WHERE THE FOG HAS LIFTED THIS AFTERNOON...IT WILL
QUICKLY REFORM BY THIS EVENING. A COLD FRONT PASSAGE MID TO LATE
THURSDAY MORNING WILL BRING AN END TO THE DENSE FOG...BUT WILL RESULT
IN A STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW THAT WILL PERSIST THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING.

FRIDAY. A DENSE FOG ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CST
THURSDAY.

* TIMING...DENSE FOG WILL PERSIST THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING. STRONG
  OFFSHORE WINDS DEVELOP BY MID TO LATE THURSDAY MORNING.

* VISIBILITY...FREQUENTLY REDUCED TO 1 MILE OR LESS. REDUCTIONS TO
  ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS ALSO LIKELY AT TIMES. IN AREAS WHERE THE
  FOG HAS LIFTED THIS AFTERNOON...IT WILL QUICKLY REFORM THIS
  EVENING.

* WINDS: NORTH 20 TO 25 KNOTS WITH FREQUENT HIGHER GUSTS.

* SEAS: 3 TO 5 FEET...HIGHEST WELL OFFSHORE. BAYS AND COASTAL
  WATERWAYS ROUGH.

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITIES WILL FREQUENTLY BE
REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE MILE. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...

NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.

AND/OR SEAS 7 FEET OR HIGHER AREEXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
