* LOCATION...THE DELAWARE AND NEW JERSEY ATLANTIC COASTAL WATERS.

* WINDS...NORTHEASTERLY 10 TO 15 WITH GUSTS UP TO 20 KT
  TODAY...BECOMING EASTERLY 10 TO 20 KT WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 KT
  TONIGHT.

* SEAS...3 TO 5 FEET.

* TIMING...THE STRONGEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED THIS EVENING. SEAS
  WILL REMAIN ELEVATED THROUGH AT LEAST TONIGHT. ELEVATED SEAS MAY
  LINGER INTO THURSDAY, AND THIS SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MAY NEED TO
  BE EXTENDED.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 25 TO 33 KNOTS
