EASTERN U.S. STRAIT OF JUAN DE FUCA UNTIL 3 AM PDT SUNDAY...

* WIND AND WAVES...WESTERLY WINDS OF 5 TO 15 KNOTS WILL RISE TO 15
  TO 25 KNOTS LATE TODAY BEFORE EASING LATER TONIGHT. WIND WAVES
  OF 2 FEET OR LESS WILL BUILD TO 2 TO 4 FEET LATE TODAY BEFORE
  SUBSIDING OVERNIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS ARE
EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS
SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
