.STRONG AND GUSTY SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE OVER THE
COASTAL WATERS AHEAD OF A COLD FRONT THROUGH EARLY THURSDAY
MORNING. THESE WINDS WILL KEEP SEAS ELEVATED WITH HAZARDOUS
BOATING CONDITIONS CONTINUING FOR SMALL CRAFT OPERATORS THROUGH
THE PERIOD.
