WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL SLOWLY EXIT THE EASTERN
TEXAS PANHANDLE BY 400 AM. MORE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL
CONTINUE TO MOVE EAST ACROSS THE WESTERN AND CENTRAL PANHANDLES EARLY
THIS MORNING. SOME OF THE STRONGEST STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN WHICH COULD LEAD TO LOCALIZED FLOODING. STRONG
GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 50 MILES AND HOUR WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE.
