AT 20 TO 25 MILES AN HOUR ACROSS THE CENTRAL AND EASTERN PANHANDLES
THIS EVENING. MOST OF THE ACTIVITY WILL STAY ALONG AND EAST OF A LINE
FROM AMARILLO TO GUYMON. SOME OF THE STRONGEST STORMS WILL PRODUCE
HEAVY RAIN WHICH COULD CAUSE LOCALIZED FLOODING...HAIL AND GUSTY
WINDS TO AROUND 50 MILES AN HOUR.
