THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. SCATTERED LIGHT SNOW SHOWERS WILL DEVELOP
ACROSS THE MOUNTAINS BY 3 PM WITH ISOLATED RAIN AND SNOW SHOWERS
MOUNTAIN VALLEYS. SNOWFALL RATES OF A QUARTER OF AN INCH PER HOUR
CAN BE EXPECTED WITH RAINFALL AMOUNTS LESS THAN A TENTH OF AN INCH.
