CONVECTIVE SHOWER PRODUCING MODERATE RAINFALL OVER THE COLBY BURN
AREA. RAINFALL RATES ARE ESTIMATED TO BE A QUARTER TO A THIRD OF
AN INCH PER HOUR. THE SHOWER IS MOVING NORTHWEST AT 10 TO 15 MPH
AND IS NOT EXPECTED TO CAUSE ANY FLASH FLOODING OR DEBRIS FLOWS AT
THIS TIME...BUT THE SITUATION WILL CONTINUE TO BE MONITORED. THE
THREAT OF HEAVY SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE
