CONTINUE TO MOVE SLOWLY NORTHWARD AT 20 MPH ACROSS THE WESTERN
SOUTH PLAINS. THE MOST CONCENTRATED ACTIVITY WILL BE ACROSS
PARMER...CASTRO...AND BAILEY COUNTIES. IN THIS AREA...RAINFALL
WILL GENERALLY RANGE FROM A FEW TENTHS OF AN INCH UP TO A HALF
INCH. BRIEF DOWNPOURS WILL CAUSE PONDING OF WATER ON AREA
ROADWAYS. OTHER ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS
WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH LATE THIS MORNING INTO THIS AFTERNOON
ACROSS ALL OF THE SOUTH PLAINS...ROLLING PLAINS...AND SOUTHERN
TEXAS PANHANDLE AS A HUMID AND UNSTABLE AIRMASS REMAINS OVER THE
REGION.
