ALONG THE LOWER COLORADO RIVER VALLEY...MAINLY AREAS NORTH OF
BLYTHE...UNTIL AT LEAST 8 AM THIS MORNING. THE STORMS WILL GRADUALLY
WEAKEN BUT COULD PRODUCE GUSTY WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH...ALONG WITH
BRIEF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN. OTHERWISE EXPECT PARTLY TO MOSTLY
CLOUDY SKIES THIS MORNING.
