SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS HAVE BEGUN TO DEVELOP ACROSS
THE INTERIOR...NORTH AND WEST PORTIONS OF PUERTO RICO. THIS ACTIVITY
IS EXPECTED TO MOVE WESTWARD AT 10-15 MPH...PRODUCING LOCALLY HEAVY
RAIN...REDUCED VISIBILITIES...LIGHTNING...BRIEF GUSTY WINDS AS WELL
AS PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS AND IN LOW LYING AREAS. THE STRONGEST
SHOWERS COULD PRODUCE HALF-INCH TO ONE INCH OF RAIN IN ISOLATED SPOTS.
NEW SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THESE AREAS THE
REST OF THE AFTERNOON.
