THE NORTHERN HALF OF PUERTO RICO. BRIEF PERIODS OF MODERATE TO
HEAVY RAINFALL AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES CAN BE EXPECTED OVER THE
NEXT FEW HOURS. DUE TO ALREADY SATURATED SOILS...ANY PROLONGED
PERIOD OF HEAVY RAINFALL WILL RESULT IN PONDING OF WATERS IN LOW
LYING AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.
