...Wind Speeds Decreasing Through the Rest of the Afternoon...

.Wind speeds have started to decrease, though some stronger gusts
near 40 mph are still possible in open areas through the
remainder of the afternoon. This could still create some difficult
travel for lightweight and high-profile vehicles. Wind speeds
will diminish greatly toward sunset.
