THE AFTERNOON...

.STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 45 MPH WILL
DEVELOP LATE THIS MORNING AND CONTINUE THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON. LOOK
FOR THE WINDS TO INCREASE OUT OF THE WEST AROUND 11 AM BECOMING
NORTHWEST BY EARLY AFTERNOON. HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES MAY HAVE
DIFFICULTY DRIVING ON NORTH SOUTH ORIENTED ROADS TODAY. THE WINDS
WILL SUBSIDE EARLY THIS EVENING.

THIS EVENING.

* STRONG WINDS WILL DEVELOP LATE THIS MORNING AND CONTINUE
  THROUGH THE AFTERNOON.

* NORTHWEST WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH CAN BE
  EXPECTED.

* HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES COULD HAVE DIFFICULTY TRAVELING ON NORTH
  SOUTH ORIENTED ROADS DUE TO THE STRONG WINDS.
