.AREAS OF DENSE SEA FOG HAVE DEVELOPED AND WILL LOWER VISIBILITIES
SIGNIFICANTLY ACROSS SOUTH PADRE ISLAND AND PORTIONS OF COASTAL
CAMERON AND WILLACY AS WELL AS KENEDY COUNTIES. THE FOG MAY
LINGER THROUGH MUCH OF THE MORNING ESPECIALLY ALONG SOUTH PADRE
ISLAND AND OVER THE QUEEN ISABELA CAUSEWAY.

* IMPACTS...SEVERELY REDUCED VISIBILITIES WILL CREATE EXTREMELY
  HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS ON ROADS AND HIGHWAYS.
