SOUTHWEST TO WEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE THIS MORNING BEFORE
DIMINISHING THIS AFTERNOON. ISOLATED STRONG GUSTS OVER 60 MPH CAN
BE EXPECTED ALONG THE SIMCOE HIGHLANDS...NORTH CENTRAL
OREGON...AND THE FOOTHILLS OF THE SOUTHERN BLUE MOUNTAINS.
