ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON PST TODAY.

* TIMING...THE FOG WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS AND THEN
  BEGIN TO DISSIPATE MIDDAY.

* IMPACTS...VISIBILITY RESTRICTIONS CAUSED BY THE FOG WILL CREATE
  THE NEED TO SLOW DOWN AND DRIVE WITH PLENTY OF DISTANCE BETWEEN
  CARS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITIES WILL FREQUENTLY BE
