* TIMING...WINDS WILL REMAIN GUSTY AND MAY GUST A LITTLE HIGHER THIS
  AFTERNOON BEFORE DECREASING THIS EVENING.

* WINDS...SOUTH WINDS OF 20 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH FOR
  ESMERALDA AND CENTRAL NYE COUNTIES AS WELL AS THE OWENS VALLEY AND
  DEATH VALLEY.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL MAY BE DIFFICULT DUE TO STRONG CROSSWINDS...
  ESPECIALLY ON EAST-WEST ROADS. TEMPORARY STRUCTURES MAY BE
  DAMAGED OR DISPLACED. POCKETS OF BLOWING DUST MAY REDUCE
  VISIBILITY AND MAKE TRAVEL HAZARDOUS.

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT CROSSWINDS ARE EXPECTED TO BE STRONG
ENOUGH TO MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE
