* WINDS: NORTH WINDS 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH.

* TIMING: WINDS FROM THE NORTH WILL INCREASE LATER THIS EVENING
  WITH THE STRONGEST WINDS EXPECTED AFTER 10 PM. WINDS WILL
  REMAIN GUSTY THROUGH THE DAY BUT GRADUALLY DECREASE IN THE
  AFTERNOON.

* WINDS: NORTH WINDS 30 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS AS HIGH AS 45 TO 50
  MPH.

* TIMING: WINDS FROM THE NORTH WILL INCREASE THIS EVENING AND
  BE STRONGEST AFTER 2 AM CHRISTMAS MORNING. WINDS WILL REMAIN
  GUSTY THROUGH THE MORNING BUT GRADUALLY BEGIN TO TAPER OFF
  IN THE AFTERNOON.

* LOCATIONS: LAS VEGAS...SPRING MOUNTAINS...BOULDER CITY...
