NEARS. THE FRONT WILL ENTER THE NW OFFSHORE WATERS SUNDAY AND STALL
THERE INTO MONDAY THEN DISSIPATE TUESDAY. A RIDGE WILL REBUILD N OF
THE STATE SUNDAY NIGHT. BUT A WEAK TROUGH NEAR THE ISLANDS JUST S OF
THE RIDGE MAY ALTER THE TRADE WIND FLOW SLIGHTLY THROUGH MIDWEEK.
