THROUGH THE FLORIDA STRAITS MON NIGHT WHILE LEAVING A NW TO SE
ORIENTED REMNANT TROUGH OVER THE SW GULF WATERS ON MON NIGHT AND
TUE. THIS TROUGH WILL LIFT NE ON TUE NIGHT WITH A SURFACE LOW PRES
DEVELOPING NEAR 24N96W AROUND SUNRISE ON WED. THE LOW WILL MOVE NE
PASSING S OF THE MISSISSIPPI DELTA ON WED NIGHT AND INLAND NEAR
CEDAR KEY FLORIDA THU...WHILE DRAGGING A COLD FRONT THROUGH THE
