MORNING. IT WILL STALL OVER THE E WATERS NEAR THE BIG ISLAND SATURDAY
AND SUNDAY. FRESH TO STRONG N WINDS WILL FILL IN BEHIND THE
FRONT...THEN GRADUALLY VEER FROM THE E BY EARLY NEXT WEEK AS HIGH
PRESSURE BUILDS NW OF THE AREA.
