New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak cold front will pass
SE across the waters this evening, stall S of the area tonight,
then lift back N as a warm front Sun. Low pressure will form S
of Long Island late Sun, then track NE across the Gulf of Maine
Sun night. Another cold front will move SE across the waters Sun
night. A high pressure ridge will build E across the waters Mon
through Tue night, then shift SE of the area late Wed. A weak low
will move offshore Wed night, then shift S of the waters Thu.
Another ridge will build S over the area late Thu and Thu night.
