West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A strong cold front approaching
from the W early this morning will cross the waters from W to E
later this morning into this evening. High pressure will build E
in the wake of the front later tonight into Mon, cross the area
late Mon into Tue, then push E of the area Tue night ahead of the
next cold front. This front will slowly move SE over the waters
Wed and Wed night as developing low pressure moves NE over the E
portion. Another developing low will track NE into the S waters
Thu and Thu night as weak high pressure builds over the N waters.
