.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL MOVE
OFFSHORE EARLY THIS MORNING WITH A DEVELOPING LOW FORMING ON THE
FRONT. THE LOW PRES WILL MOVE E ALONG THE FAR NRN WATERS TODAY
WITH THE COLD FRONT MOVING E OF THE AREA LATE THIS AFTERNOON INTO
TONIGHT. THE LOW PRES WILL INTENSIFY THROUGH SAT WHILE MOVING NE
AND AWAY FROM THE AREA LATE SAT THROUGH SUN. HIGH PRES WILL BUILD
AND MOVE OVER THE WATERS LATE SAT AND SAT NIGHT...THEN MOVE E OF
THE AREA SUN AND SUN NIGHT. ANOTHER DEVELOPING LOW PRES IS
EXPECTED TO MOVE OFF THE MID ATLC COAST LATE SUN NIGHT INTO EARLY
MON. THE STRENGTHENING LOW WILL MOVE A COLD FRONT E ACROSS THE
WATERS MON. THE LOW PRES WILL PASS E OF THE AREA MON NIGHT. A
LARGE AREA OF HIGH PRES WILL BUILD OVER THE WATERS MON NIGHT AND
