SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A WEAKENING COLD
FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE WATERS TODAY. INTENSIFYING LOW PRES WILL
TRACK NE INTO THE WASHINGTON WATERS TONIGHT WHILE PULLING A COLD
FRONT INTO THE AREA. THE LOW WILL MOVE INLAND OVER VANCOUVER
ISLAND WED WHILE THE ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT MOVES SE ACROSS THE
REGION. A LOW PRES TROUGH WILL MOVE INTO THE WATERS WED NIGHT AS A
HIGH PRES RIDGE BUILDS W OF THE REGION. THE RIDGE WILL BUILD E
INTO THE AREA THU INTO FRI NIGHT. A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO
THE WATERS FRI NIGHT...THEN DISSIPATE ACROSS THE AREA SAT. AN AREA
OF LOW PRES WILL MOVE TO THE SW CORNER OF THE OREGON WATERS SAT
