A TEAM FROM NWS COLUMBIA SC SURVEYED THE DAMAGE THAT OCCURRED AROUND
2:27 PM EDT SUNDAY AFTERNOON ABOUT 1 MILE ESE OF VANCE SC...AND
DETERMINED THAT A WEAK TORNADO...EF-0 ON THE ENHANCED FUJITA
SCALE...OCCURRED.

AN INTERMITTENT EF0 TORNADO TOUCHDOWN OCCURRED. THE DAMAGE PATH WAS
APPROXIMATELY 30 YARDS WIDE...AND WAS ABOUT A HALF A MILE LONG. TWO
THIRDS OF A ROOF WAS TORN FROM A MOBILE HOME...AND SEVERAL YARD
ITEMS WERE DAMAGED...ON PEACH ORCHARD STREET. ESTIMATED WIND SPEEDS
UP TO 80 MPH. TORNADO DURATION APPROXIMATELY 1 MINUTE.
