WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM NOON TODAY TO 6 PM CDT THIS
EVENING.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST 5 TO 12 MPH WILL BECOMING SOUTHEAST IN THE AFTERNOON.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...WILL DROP AS LOW AS 20 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS...DRY CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
  CONDITIONS. OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
