DAWN MONDAY. BREEZY WINDS AND DRIER AIR BEHIND THE FRONT WILL
INCREASE MONDAY AFTERNOON...WITH MINIMUM HUMIDITY VALUES 15 TO
20 PERCENT. THE HIGHEST FIRE WEATHER THREATS WILL BE ALONG AND
EAST OF US HIGHWAY 281 EARLY MONDAY AFTERNOON.
