...RED FLAG WARNING THIS AFTERNOON FOR THE UPPER NORTH PLATTE
RIVER VALLEY...

.Very dry conditions are expected to develop once again this
afternoon. West winds will increase to around 20 mph with gusts of
30 to 35 mph as relative humidity values fall into the 10 to 15
percent range.

...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM NOON TODAY TO 6 PM MDT THIS
EVENING FOR LOW HUMIDITIES FOR FIRE WEATHER ZONE 306...

The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a Red Flag
Warning, which is in effect from noon today to 6 PM MDT this
evening.

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zone 306.

* WIND...West winds 20 mph with gusts to 35 mph.

* HUMIDITY...10 to 15 percent.

* THUNDERSTORMS...Minimal thunderstorm threat this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now....or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
