* AFFECTED AREA...FIRE WEATHER ZONE 900 WHICH IS SOUTHWEST
  MINNESOTA. FIRE WEATHER ZONES 255..256...257...AND 258 IN THE
  SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SOUTH DAKOTA.

* WIND...NORTHWEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO INCREASE TO 20 TO 35 MPH
  THURSDAY AFTERNOON.

* HUMIDITY...15 TO 25 PERCENT BY AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY.
  OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
