URGENT - FIRE WEATHER MESSAGE
National Weather Service Los Angeles/Oxnard CA
604 PM PDT Sun Oct 15 2017

...Red Flag Warnings have expired...

.The latest surface observations indicated the gusty Santa Ana
winds have diminished dramatically late this afternoon. With the
winds expected to remain weak overnight and Monday, critical fire
weather conditions are no longer anticipated. Therefore, the Red
Flag Warnings have been allowed to expire.

Although Red Flag Warnings are no longer in effect, weak offshore
flow will continue across the area through Tuesday, keeping the
area warm and dry. Therefore, elevated fire weather conditions can
be expected away from the coast tonight through Tuesday.
