SATURDAY EVENING FOR BREEZY CONDITIONS...EXTREMELY LOW
HUMIDITIES...AND HIGH HAINES INDEX ACROSS THE
KOOTENAI...FLATHEAD/GLACIER PARK...WEST LOLO...SALISH AND KOOTENAI
RESERVATION...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MISSOULA HAS ISSUED A FIRE
WEATHER WATCH FOR BREEZY CONDITIONS...EXTREMELY LOW
HUMIDITIES...AND HIGH HAINES INDEX WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM
SATURDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH SATURDAY EVENING.

* WINDS: SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS
  20 TO 25 MPH BY MID AFTERNOON SATURDAY AND CONTINUE INTO THE
  EARLY EVENING.

* MINIMUM HUMIDITIES: RH SHOULD LOWER TO THE 6 TO 10 PERCENT
  RANGE IN THE VALLEYS AND 15 TO 20 PERCENT IN THE MOUNTAINS.

* HAINES INDEX: THE HAINES SHOULD INCREASE TO A 5 OR 6...MEANING
  THERE IS A SIGNIFICANT POTENTIAL FOR AN EXISTING FIRE OR A NEW
  FIRE TO DEVELOP A VERY DEEP PLUME AND GUSTY WINDS.

* TIMING: THE WIND IS EXPECTED TO START TO PICK UP AROUND 2 P.M.
  WITH THE RH BOTTOMING OUT AND MOST UNSTABLE CONDITIONS OCCURRINGBETWEEN
  4 AND 7 P.M. SATURDAY.
