NORTH PLATTE...

.RIVER LEVELS ALONG THE SOUTH PLATTE RIVER IN THE NORTH PLATTE
AREA ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN HIGH AS ICE JAMMING KEEPS WATER FROM
FLOWING DOWNSTREAM. THE RIVER IS FORECAST TO STAY NEARLY
STEADY...THEN SLOWLY FALL THROUGH THE FIRST PART OF THE NEXT WEEK.
MINOR FLUCTUATIONS POSSIBLE AS THE ICE JAM BREAKS UP AND REFORMS. NO
FLOODING IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.
