AT 755 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING RAIN-LOADED THUNDERSTORMS
IMPACTING NORTHERN NEW HANOVER AND EASTERN PENDER COUNTIES. A QUICK
INCH OF RAINFALL IS LIKELY IN SPOTS...AS WELL AS REDUCED VISIBILITY
IN TORRENTIAL RAINFALL. THE HEAVY RAIN WILL MOVE NORTH OF THE AREA
INTO MID MORNING.

ISOLATED WINDS GUSTS OF 40 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE.
