SOUTHERN LANDER COUNTY AND SOUTHERN EUREKA COUNTY-
SOUTHWESTERN ELKO COUNTY-
INCLUDING THE CITIES OF BATTLE MOUNTAIN, EMIGRANT PASS, AUSTIN,
AUSTIN SUMMIT, EUREKA, DIAMOND VALLEY, PINTO SUMMIT, ELKO,
SPRING CREEK, AND CARLIN

...RAIN WILL TRANSITION OVER TO SNOW THIS EVENING ACROSS SOUTHWEST
ELKO COUNTY ALONG WITH LANDER AND EUREKA COUNTIES...

RAIN WILL CHANGE OVER TO SNOW THIS EVENING AS COOLER AIR MIXES IN
WITH THE MOISTURE THAT IS MOVING IN FROM THE NORTHWEST. VALLEY
LOCATIONS WITH ELEVATIONS AROUND 5000 FEET, SUCH AS THE CITY OF
ELKO, SHOULD ONLY SEE AN INCH OR SO OF NEW SNOW THIS EVENING.
HIGHER ELEVATIONS SUCH AS SPRING CREEK MAY SEE 1-3 INCHES OF SNOW
BEFORE MIDNIGHT AS ALL PRECIPITATION ENDS.

MOST OF LANDER AND EUREKA COUNTIES WILL ALSO SEE RAIN CHANGE TO
SNOW THIS EVENING WITH GENERALLY 1-3 INCHES OF SNOW BY MIDNIGHT.

MOTORISTS SHOULD REMAIN ALERT TO RAPIDLY CHANGING WEATHER AND
ROAD CONDITIONS DUE TO THE ELEVATION DEPENDENCE OF THIS STORM.
