LINGERING MOISTURE COMBINED WITH TEMPERATURES DROPPING TO NEAR
FREEZING MAY RESULT IN PATCHY BLACK ICE ON AREA ROADWAYS EARLY THIS
MORNING. THE MAIN THREAT WILL BE ON ELEVATED SURFACES SUCH AS
BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES...AND WILL BE MOST LIKELY INLAND OF HIGHWAY
17. MOTORISTS SHOULD DRIVE WITH EXTRA CAUTION AND ALLOW EXTRA TIME
TO REACH THEIR DESTINATIONS.

ANY BLACK ICE IS EXPECTED TO MELT BY MID MORNING WITH TEMPERATURES
RISING ABOVE FREEZING.
