MONROE AND ROANE COUNTIES UNTIL 800 PM EDT...

At 713 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles northwest of Rockwood to near Decatur
to near Charleston. Movement was northeast at 45 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Cleveland, Oak Ridge, Athens, Lenoir City, Dayton, Kingston,
Sweetwater, Rockwood, Loudon, Decatur, Wartburg, Fairview, Etowah,
Oliver Springs, Spring City, Charleston, Midtown, Harriman, Englewood
and Niota.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
