COLD CANADIAN HIGH PRESSURE WILL BE BUILDING SOUTH ACROSS THE
REGION TODAY...BRINGING MUCH BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES AND DRY
CONDITIONS. AS THIS HIGH DEPARTS ON THURSDAY...WARMER AIR WILL
BEGIN MOVING BACK INTO THE NORTHERN PLAINS. THIS WARMER PATTERN
WILL PERSIST INTO NEXT WEEK.

HIGHS TODAY WILL RISE INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS AND TEENS. LOWS
TONIGHT WILL DROP INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS BELOW AND TEENS BELOW
ZERO. HIGHS ON THURSDAY WILL RISE INTO THE 20S AND 30S FOR MOST
AREAS.
