1. THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IN MIAMI FLORIDA IS ISSUING
ADVISORIES ON TROPICAL DEPRESSION EIGHT-E...LOCATED 1635 MILES
EAST-SOUTHEAST OF HILO HAWAII...UNDER AWIPS HEADER TCPEP3 AND WMO
HEADER WTPZ33 KNHC. EIGHT-E IS EXPECTED TO CROSS 140W INTO THE
CENTRAL PACIFIC HURRICANE CENTER AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY ON THURSDAY
MORNING.

2. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE ASSOCIATED WITH A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM
ABOUT 1000 MILES SOUTHEAST OF HILO HAWAII. BECAUSE OF INCREASING
VERTICAL WIND SHEAR...LITTLE DEVELOPMENT IS EXPECTED OVER THE NEXT
TWO DAYS AS THIS LOW MOVES WEST AT 15 MPH.
* FORMATION CHANCE THROUGH 48 HOURS...LOW...10 PERCENT.

ELSEWHERE...NO TROPICAL CYCLONES ARE EXPECTED THROUGH THURSDAY
