RAIN ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 10 AM
EST TUESDAY.

* LOCATIONS...THE FINGER LAKES AND CENTRAL SOUTHERN TIER REGIONS
  OF NEW YORK, AS WELL AS BRADFORD COUNTY PENNSYLVANIA.

* HAZARD TYPES...FREEZING RAIN.

* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...LESS THAN 0.1 INCHES.

* TIMING...AN AREA OF LIGHT FREEZING RAIN OR FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL
  OVERSPREAD THE REGION LATE TONIGHT, GENERALLY BETWEEN MIDNIGHT
  AND 3 AM. TEMPERATURES WILL SLOWLY RISE ABOVE FREEZING TUESDAY
  MORNING, BUT PATCHES OF LIGHT FREEZING RAIN ARE EXPECTED TO
  CONTINUE THROUGH ABOUT 10 AM, PARTICULARLY OVER THE HIGHER
  TERRAIN.

* IMPACTS...UNTREATED SURFACES WILL BECOME SLIPPERY.

RAIN ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM TO NOON EST TUESDAY.

* LOCATIONS...THE INTERSTATE 81 CORRIDOR OF CENTRAL NEW YORK AND
  NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA, FROM THE SYRACUSE METRO AREA, SOUTHWARD
  THROUGH CORTLAND AND BINGHAMTON, THEN FURTHER SOUTHWARD TOWARDS
  WILKES-BARRE, SCRANTON, HAZLETON, AND ADJACENT PORTIONS OF THE
  POCONO PLATEAU.

* HAZARD TYPES...FREEZING RAIN.

* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...LESS THAN 0.1 INCHES.

* TIMING...AN AREA OF LIGHT FREEZING RAIN OR FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL
  OVERSPREAD THE REGION EARLY TUESDAY MORNING, GENERALLY BETWEEN 4
  AND 6 AM. TEMPERATURES WILL SLOWLY RISE ABOVE FREEZING LATE
  TUESDAY MORNING OR DURING THE MIDDAY HOURS, WITH AT LEAST
  PATCHES OF LIGHT FREEZING RAIN EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH
  ABOUT 12 NOON, PARTICULARLY OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN.

  0.1 TO 0.25 INCHES OVER THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS.

* TIMING...AN AREA OF LIGHT FREEZING RAIN OR FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL
  OVERSPREAD THE REGION EARLY TUESDAY MORNING, GENERALLY BETWEEN 6
  AND 8 AM. TEMPERATURES WILL SLOWLY RISE ABOVE FREEZING TUESDAY
  AFTERNOON, OR PERHAPS EARLY IN THE EVENING, WITH AT LEAST
  PATCHES OF FREEZING RAIN EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH 7 TO 10
